Tough week this week in Sonora. A lot of weather changes from hot to cold to hot and back to cold again. The moon is bright for most of the night so the deer are out partying when we’re sleeping. We did however manage to take two pretty good bucks. One nice typical 4×4 with a score of 178 5/8 SCI and an old 3×3 with 7 inch bases. The rut is slowing starting. Next two weeks will be prime time.

Next week starts after Christmas. Also, my Nikon D850 and lens should be back from the repair shop, so I’ll be able to post more quality photo’s and video’s for everyone to enjoy. Look on the blog page for the article about beginner photography.
